Privacy notice

Atrium Studio is a creative collective of The Mindful, Kreight Visions and Judith Rita Photography. This notice explains what we do with personal information you share through this website. If you have any questions, email hello@atriumstudio.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), the services you're interested in and your message. We don't ask for anything else.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by our form provider, which processes them on our behalf. Both may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, or for as long as we're working together, then delete them.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your day/night setting on your own device; this never leaves your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
